How to Order.
- Select hat color from the drop-down. All colors/styles are shown in a photo in our listing.
- Enter your patch text in the "Add your personalization" box or see #3 below.
- Enter your notes to the Artist
- If you would like proof of your design before production, please ask. Otherwise, if you send a logo, we will make it "AS IS" to speed the production.
Note: Leather Patches are bonded to all hats **not stitched on** We use a powerful leather bonding.
Refunds & Exchanges.
All sales are final since they are personalized and handmade. However, if there is an error or defect in your order, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and full product inspection.

Design Support:
Not sure how your logo will look? We’ll clean it up and optimize placement. If you request a proof, you’ll be able to review and make changes before production.
A digital proof will be sent for your review within 2 business days — just make sure to request it by selecting “Yes” under “Would you like to request a proof?” in the personalization options.
You’ll have the opportunity to review, approve, or request changes before we move forward. We offer unlimited revisions, and nothing goes into production without your approval (if a proof is requested).
If you select “No,” your order will be processed as submitted, based on the design details you provided.

Most small orders are completed within 3–5 business days. Larger or bulk orders may take 5–7 business days before shipping.
