At Crafters Lab, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for every order. Please review the information below regarding production times, shipping options, tracking, and delivery.
Production Time
Our standard production time for most custom orders is 5–7 business days after proof approval. Bulk orders may require additional production time based on quantity and product availability. Contact us for a more accurate production estimate.
Production time and shipping time are separate. Shipping options and estimated transit times apply only after production is complete and your order has been transferred to the carrier.
You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. domestic orders of $75 or more. This discount is applied automatically at checkout. For orders under $75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and selected shipping service.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout through carriers such as UPS, USPS, and DHL. These options apply after production is complete and do not shorten production time.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can accommodate your requested timeline.
Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after production is complete. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the selected shipping service.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using carriers such as DHL, UPS, and USPS. Available shipping services, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
