At Crafters Lab, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom products. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy below for guidelines on how we handle returns and exchanges.
Custom Products and Personalized Orders
Since the majority of our products are custom-made and personalized according to your specific design, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. This includes custom hats, apparel, and personalized wooden boards. Once an order has been customized and production begins, it is considered final.
However, if there is a defect or issue with the product that is the result of our production process (e.g., incorrect customization, faulty material), we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Order Proofs and Approvals
To ensure you are fully satisfied with your custom design, we offer proofs for approval before production. If you request a proof, it’s important to approve it promptly. Once the proof is approved, production will begin, and changes can no longer be made.
If no proof is requested and the order ships as-is, it will be considered final. Please ensure that the design details you provide are accurate before placing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ask for photos to assess the issue and determine if a replacement or refund is necessary. We will cover the cost of shipping for any returned items that are defective or incorrect due to our error.
How to File a Return Request
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at info@crafterslab.com or call (305) 306-8164 within 7 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue. Our team will work with you to resolve the situation quickly and efficiently.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom and personalized products after approval
- Products that are not defective or incorrect
- Products marked as final sale
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
