Crafters Lab Design Guidelines.
What are the design restrictions at Crafters Lab
At Crafters Lab, we maintain a respectful and lawful creative space. The following design subjects are prohibited:
Unowned Logos: Logos can only be reproduced if the requester owns them or has explicit authorization.
Offensive Content: Designs with slurs, profane language, or explicit gestures are not accepted.
Explicit Sexual Content: Any design containing explicit sexual themes is strictly off-limits.
Government Seals: Reproduction of official Military, Police, and Fire Department seals is not permitted. Individual units can be reproduced with authorized documentation.
Educational Institutions: Designs related to schools, colleges, or universities, including clubs and programs, require written approval on official letterhead.

How can I reorder a previous design?
Your design files are securely stored with us. For reorders, simply email your Custom Representative, and they will gladly assist you with the process.
What is your return policy for defective products?
At Crafters Lab, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. If you find a defect in our product within 30 days of purchase, we welcome its return for repair or replacement. Upon receiving the product, we'll promptly create a new order to ensure your satisfaction.
Where are your products made?
All our leather work, branding, and application processes are proudly conducted at our warehouse in Miami, FL. However, our private labeled hats are manufactured overseas.
Do you provide samples of custom or blank hats?
We do not offer physical samples of our custom hats, nor do we send out blank hats. For those considering a larger order but unsure about committing, we suggest purchasing one of our hats available online as a preliminary option.
What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
After receiving your payment, your order is forwarded to our production team. The shipping time for custom orders is currently 2-4 business days for leather products and 3-5 Business days for apparel. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship Custom Patch Hats to Canada?
Yes, we ship Custom Patch Hats to Canada and worldwide. International shipping fees and duties may apply.
Do you offer any Military discounts?
We offer a 5% discount, and we've partnered with GovX to offer a discount on our store . This offer is eligible for:
° Current & former U.S. military;
° Military spouses & dependents;
° First responders, including law enforcement, fire, and EMS;
° Federal, state, and local government employees;
° Teachers (K-12 and University teachers/staff).
Do you charge sales tax?
Unless your organization is exempt from tax, we must charge sales tax. If you are exempt, we will need a copy of your tax-exempt form before finalizing your order.
Can I change my shipping address after I pay?
Yes, please email info@crafterslab.com if you need to update your shipping address.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
If you want to pay for overnight shipping, please email us at info@crafterslab.com. We ship USPS and UPS ground, which typically takes 3-5 days.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping for orders over $75.
Ordering.
Can I pick more than one hat color?
Yes, we offer a minimum of 10 per hat color or style. For example, if you order 50 hats, you can split the order to 10 black truckers, 10 red Flatbit Hats, 10 black Rope Hats, and 10 Legacy truckers Hats.
Can I get a blank hat to see if I like the fit or color?
We cannot send you blank hats due to the hat manufacturers’ restrictions. We recommend trying to find the hat on Amazon if you are only interested in a blank hat. If you have any questions about the fit or color of a specific hat, please email us at info@crafterslab.com
Do you offer a rush option/can I expedite my order?
Yes, we have rush options for hats starting at 1-5 Business days.
Can I get a digital proof?
Shortly after you pay your invoice, if requested; you’ll receive an email with a proof of your logo for your approval before production.
Is everything made in America?
While all of our designing, Crafting, finishing, and shipping takes place in Miami, FL, we do source materials from all over the world in order to find the best and highest quality products on the market.
How can I reorder the same items from my previous order?
To reorder the same items from a previous order, you have two options:
1. Contact Us. Simply get in touch with our customer service, and we'll happily duplicate the order for you.
2. Use Previous Design Option. While placing your order, select the option from the dropdown menu that says "Use the same design as previous order." This will automatically use the details from your last order.
What is custom shape logo cutting?
Custom shape logo cutting is a process where a logo or design is precisely cut to match the contour of the logo itself, rather than using a predefined or specific shape.
Do you offer custom-shaped leather patches?
Yes, we do! Under our "Shape Options", you can select the custom shape feature for your leather patches. This service allows us to cut the leather around the contours of your logo or design, providing a tailored and distinctive look that truly stands out. Whether your logo is intricate or simple, we ensure precision cutting for a clean and professional finish. Just upload your design, choose the custom shape option, and we'll take care of the rest to bring your vision to life!

Which file formats are accepted for logo submission with my order?
While we accept all formats, PDF or PNG are highly recommended.
Production.
Can I change my hats after I pay?
You can. However, we will have to charge a restocking fee since we order hats for your projects shortly after you pay. Please reach out to us with any questions about your hat selections.
Returns.
Do you offer returns?
We do not offer returns if you are unhappy with the hats after approval. However, we offer replacement options if something happens, or if your product does not meet our standards or is incorrect. We approach refunds and replacements on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us with any questions.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. Your hats are custom-made, and as soon as you pay for your order, we order all the materials required to create your hats. Your hats are one of a kind, made to order, and by accepting your order with us, we commit to producing your entire project. If there are errors with your order, we are always happy to make things right; these issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
