Artwork Disclaimer

Crafters Lab assumes that any artwork submitted by or on behalf of a Purchaser for production of an order is compliant with copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By submitting artwork, the Purchaser agrees to indemnify and defend Crafters Lab against any claim, damages, or cost-related to any alleged breach of third-party intellectual property rights. This provision is considered a separate agreement formed upon the submission of artwork and is also integrated into every purchase order submitted by the Purchaser.
