Well I explained the majority in video! But, love the hat, love the patch! Excellent excellent job!!! But the patch in the two bottom corners have lifted! Now it was a little loose very first day I got it. So I took it in shower and put shampoo in put hat on and swirled it around in head to work soap into the hat. Bein careful with front of hat. Ok hop out, sunny day so I let the hat sit on porch to dry. And then the two corners lifted a little. Wish it didn’t happen. And I’m not blaming anyone. But darn it!!

Couldn't be happier with how easy this was. I was worried the logo wouldn't be the right format, and I added a bunch of notes for how I wanted to have it .... they did great. Literally no drafts - got it right the first time. Also, had an issue with shipping and reached out when we didn't receive item. They literally re-made it the same day and sent it out. So impressive. We will definitely order more!
