The current production time is approximately 1-3 days. If you need your item sooner or have a tight deadline, please contact us for expedited processing.

For orders shipping outside the contiguous USA, the purchaser must pay all customs fees and duties, as required by their local residence. Our applied shipping fees include all processing/shipping costs within the USA only.

Damages And Issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns And Exchanges.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you must contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept the items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Your item is eligible for a return if it is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items.

Customized items are non-returnable unless deemed damaged or defective. However, if there is any fault in craftsmanship or quality, we will repair, replace or refund the items free of charge.

Our Commitment.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we sent the wrong hat or any existing defect to the item within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly accept returns of unused items for a full refund or exchanges for the exact value of your purchase.
